Where do I even begin?! McKenzie was not only an absolute DREAM to work with, but she is one of the kindest, most loving rays of sunshine you will ever meet. Before meeting McKenzie, my husband and I both were slightly apprehensive about the photography element of our wedding as neither of us love getting our photo taken, but from the moment we met her at our engagement shoot, we felt instantly at ease and had an absolute blast. McKenzie’s talent is unparalleled - she was effortlessly able to capture the most special moments in the most beautiful of ways. My entire family instantly fell in love with her, so much so that my sister will be using McKenzie for her upcoming wedding, and McKenzie will also be shooting newborn photos for us in the very near future. She showed up perfectly on time, looking professional and with an awesome second photographer. She brought a bunch of cute stuff for incredible detail shots. She hyped me up with endless compliments and positive, fun, happy, supportive energy. She was never in the way but somehow always managed to be on my good side and capturing the best light. She even bustled my dress in a pinch because the girl can do it all. Then she got us a stunning sneak peek of some of the best photos before we were even back from our honeymoon.
After such an incredible experience it is no surprise that the photos turned out a million times better than we could have ever imagined – she captured two people having the best day of our lives with the people we love most, in the best possible light and from the most flattering angles.
